比例2通流量控制插装阀（滑动线圈）

Description

直接控制，负载补偿的比例流量控制阀，为符合ISO7789标准的旋入式阀芯。 当电磁铁断电时，控制阀芯被弹簧固定在关闭（QN）或打开（QO）位置。电流的变化伴随着体积流量的比例变化。介质从入口（1）经控制和节流活塞流向受控出口（2）。Wandfluh比例放大器可用于控制（见寄存器1.13）。

Application

比例流量控制阀适用于精确的速度控制，在这种情况下，无论入口和出口压力如何，用户流量必须保持恒定。旋入式滤芯非常适用于安装在控制块中，并安装在夹层（垂直堆叠）和法兰盘中（本册中的相应数据表）。可使用阶梯工具在钢块和铝块上制作滤芯安装孔（租用或购买）。请参考寄存器2.13中的数据表。
